Dan, Just wanted to let you know that Josh has been a great addition to the Service Desk. He has assisted me (and I'm sure others) time after time with anything that is needed. He is quick to response and very attentive to the issue that needs to be resolved.
One example of his attentiveness - we had an issue with a Salesforce tool and were told that it was a Salesforce issue and we needed to contact Salesforce but of course Salesforce just threw the ball back to our court. It had already been a week and could have taken a lot of time for us to figure out where the issue actually was but fortunately after speaking with Josh he worked with us to get it installed properly and validated that we were able to run the process up to the end.
